Mr & Mrs D
- What made you choose a park home over bricks and mortar?
“Firstly, we wanted to downsize to a single story home, ideally one which we were able to design ourselves, and a park home fitted what we were looking for”
- What was your experience like buying the park home?
“It was a little daunting moving from a traditional house to a park home, however we were guided through the whole process by Amie Hurley, Leedons Sales Advisor who’s input was vital in liaising with us and the manufacturer. This was really important to us as our home was a bespoke design so her help, advice and support made the whole process much easier. The communication between the manufacturer, Arden Parks and ourselves was excellent, especially when we had to make numerous changes to the specification and design.”
- What would your advice be to someone looking at buying a park home on a residential site“Our advice to anyone who is considering the move to a park home would be not to worry about the change from a bricks and mortar home to a park home, as not only you are purchasing a new home but also a new way of life. In addition if you wanted to configure the interior of your home, this is possible to do with a park home, which you are not able to do with a new bricks and mortar home. Leedons park in particular has a number of recreational facilities which also influenced our decision to relocate.”
