Fairview is a beautiful Holiday Park with wonderful views of stunning countryside. Own one of our holiday homes in Herefordshire and you’ll be in a peaceful tranquil location in the heart of the countryside. Located away from noisy main roads yet near to many historic market towns. These include Leominster, Bromyard, Tenbury Wells, Ludlow and the cathedral city of Hereford. All are ideal for a leisurely day out. We’re also only a short drive away from the welsh border, perfect for exploring Mid Wales.

How much does it cost to buy a Holiday Home on one of your Holiday Parks?

This can depend on whether it is new Home or a pre-owned Home.

New Homes tend to be ex-works (factory retail price) plus a siting charge (which includes delivery, connections and gas bottle) and then pitch fees are usually included for the rest of the season.
Pre-owned Homes are usually priced with the siting charge already included and pitch fees are then added on a prorated basis for the rest of the season.

Deals can vary this from time-to-time, so for clarity each Holiday Home new or pre-owned will detail exactly what is and what is not included in the price .

How much do I pay every year?

You will pay annually the Park pitch fees plus the electricity and gas used.

Can I live in a Holiday Home?

No. Holiday Homes are sited on Holiday Parks, these Parks are only licensed for Holiday use and as such you must have another main residence elsewhere.

Are there Park rules?

Yes. On all our Parks there are a set of rules which help everyone enjoy their leisure time.

Can I sub-let?

On our Holiday Parks where all Holiday Homes are privately owned, sub-letting is not allowed. This does not mean your family and close friends cannot use it.

Are there times when I cannot use my Holiday Home?

During the closed periods, which are in January and February

Having bought my Holiday Home, what protection do I have?

All holiday caravans on our Parks are protected by an ‘Licence Agreement’. a summary of what a ‘License Agreement’ offers:

Long Term Tenure Licence Agreement for A – Holiday Home Caravan Pitch
- Tenure is 25 years for holiday caravans (single units) and 35 years for holiday lodges (twin units) of its life from new.
- The first 12 years of this tenure you have the right to re-sell your holiday caravan on Park of its life from new.
This Agreement is based on guidance from the BH&HPA and NCC.
